This course will cover extensive knowledge and skills needed in tour operations; from pre-tour arrangements, safety and emergency handling, itinerary management, commentary delivery, tour group management and guiding proficiency. Candidates completing this course will undergo written, oral and practical examination conducted by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts & Culture (MOTAC) upon which they will become a licensed regional tourist guide carrying the Gold Badge.
